Finding an open minded
doctor to cure Asthma
using antibiotic therapy

If you have trouble locating an open minded doctor, and your own doctor is unconvinced, I would suggest two things.

The first suggestion is to call your local hospital's physician referral line and ask for a family practioner or internist who is a D.O. These doctors seem to be a little more open minded than regular MD's. You can also ask if there is a doctor who is into both traditional medicine and more holistic medicine. You might also look at the hospitals website and look for a doctor that way.

find a doctor to cure your asthma

Please note that we do not endorse or recommend any of the doctors listed below. It is only a reference point from where to begin your search in finding an open minded doctor.

An alternate option would be to check out this site:

The Road back foundation
Click on their community bulletin board and contact one of their volunteers to get a list of doctors for your area.

They'll send you a list of doctors who are treating patients who have rheumatoid arthritis with antibiotics. If they're open minded enough to treat RA with antibiotics then they may be open minded to look at Dr. Hahn's protocol. If there's no contact person listed for your state, go to the message board on their site and ask if anyone knows of a doctor in your state. You may get referrals that way.

When you do get a referral to an open minded doctor, call their office and ask to speak to their head nurse. Ask them if the doctor is aware of this research and would they possibly be open to treating a patient with Dr. Hahn's protocol if your medical history warrants it.

After you researched the material posted our our website and feel confident you can talk to your physician about the treatment, make an appointment to meet with your physician and talk to them face-to face.

Tell the physician that this is a treatment you would prefer, and that you would like to discuss why. If your doctor won't consider this treatment for you, consult an internist, or possibly an infectious disease specialist.

Offer the physician an information packet with key studies and research. Some people are very shy and timid, and feel uncomfortable talking with a physician in this manner. If you are one of those people, enlist the help of your spouse, a family member, or a friend that can support you during the visit.

It has been our experience that many physicians will prescribe antibiotic protocol when asked; however, a note of caution. Physicians may have trouble finding time to read the material you are going to give them so they may not be aware of the best protocol for each situation.

Good luck, and please send us names and contact information when you find a doctors that is not listed here. Use the contact page to notified us.

Some information in the following list may be outdated. The only way we would know if the information is still active would be to call them periodically which is beyond our capabilities. So please keep us updated via email if you see anything that needs updating. Thanks

I don't know if anyone in the practice is as open minded, but Dr. Whitmer is rare.... he likes informed patients, he doesn't like giving out prescriptions, and he's willing to LISTEN. More you can't really ask for in our drive-by medical system.

Fred Wagshul, M.D.
Dr. Wagshul has treated hundreds of asthma patients with zithromax. His approach is not exactly the same as Dr. Hahn's though (I hear) close.

Dr. Christopher Fanta practices out of the Brigham and Women's Hospital - Partners Asthma Center. He has a satellite office at the Faulkner Hospital, which tends to be less utilized and one can get an an appointment more quickly.

His Faulkner Hospital office can be reached at (617) 983-7420. I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that he only accepts patients by doctor's referral, so your primary care doc may have to call and make the initial appointment for you.

To educate yourself more on biofilms and why vitamin "D" may be bad when trying to eradicate Chlamydia pneumoniae or Mycoplasma, read this interesting article by Dr. Randall Wolcott, bacterial biofilm wound specialist

The Marshall protocol for biofilms in wound treatment. Highly technical but somewhat related in that it addresses why eradicating bacteria like Chlamydia pneumoniae and mycoplasma can be so difficult.

Support forum

First off, I would like to apologize for abruptly shutting down the support forum several years ago. Besides dealing with hackers, trolls and rude people, I was going through an extremely stressful time in life that resulted in the loss of our youngest son.

It got to be too much to handle so one day I flipped the switch and shut it down.

I know this upset some people so I hope they can accept this apology

For the past 12 years the pharmaceuticals and health products industry represent the top industry when it comes to financing lobbiest that influence our laws and federal policies (FDA).

No wonder this research still hasn't made it mainstream while drugs like oxycodone / oxycontin are freely dispensed. Killing and addicting millions.

Then again, it's all about money isn't it?

With so much information exploding all around us,
finding a nugget of knowledge is not nearly as important as
what we do with it.

The National Lung Association reports that
The annual direct health care cost of asthma is approximately $15.6 billion; indirect costs (e.g. lost productivity) add another $5.1 billion, for a total of $20.7 billion dollars. Prescription drugs represented the largest single direct cost, at $5.6 billion.

In 2008, it was estimated that 23.3 million Americans currently have asthma. Of these, 12.7 million Americans (4.1 million children under 18) had an asthma attack
